Workshop notes

During early May Tourism West Midlands ran a series of workshops on how to enter the Excellence in Tourism Awards. Brand new for 2010, the workshops provided Heart of England tourism providers with valuable step-by-step guidance on the dos and don’ts of entering the Awards.
