Picturesque watermill on the river Avon, from about 1800. Now restored and producing stone ground flour by water power using two waterwheels. This is a particularly fine example of a fairly large watermill of lowland England, virtually unchanged since it was built in the heyday of watermills.

By Road

Nearest major road is A429. Turn off A429, 2.5 miles south of junction 15 of M40. This turn is signposted Charlecote. In Charlecote take turn to Hampton Lucy. Mill is 0.5 miles down that road.

The nearest station is Warwick Parkway. Go to A46 signed Warwick/Leamington from station. Take A46 south for two miles to junction 15 of M40 then take A429 south as above.
