Our award winning self-catering holiday cottages and apartment are located in the grounds of a Cotswold Manor House dating back to the 16th century just a few minutes' walk from the centre of beautiful Broadway in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Willow Cottage (sleeps 4), Corner Cottage (sleeps 4) and Sheldon Cottage (sleeps 2) are all located in a courtyard setting in the tranquil extensive grounds. Free WiFi is available in these cottages.

Willow Cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage with a wonderful antique four-poster bed and twin bedded room. Downstairs the entrance hall opens onto a kitchen diner and large sitting room. In addition Willow cottage benefits from a downstairs cloakroom.

Corner Cottage also has 2 bedrooms with a large superking bed in its spacious main bedroom and a twin bedded room. Downstairs it has a kitchen diner and separate sitting room with an extending dining table.

Sheldon Cottage is ideal for a romantic break for 2 with its four-poster bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Each is very comfortably furnished to a high standard with fully-equipped kitchens and comfy leather sofas and large flat screen televisions.

Rafters (sleeps 2) with its original exposed oak beams and vaulted ceilings, is a fully self-contained apartment on the first floor of The Manor House with wonderful views over the surrounding gardens towards Broadway Tower on top of the Cotswold escarpment. Rafters sleeps 2 in its double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. WiFi broadband is available in Rafters.

The Stables (sleeps 3) is a delightful 2 bedroom Gold Award cottage providing ground floor accommodation that has recently been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. The main bedroom has a superking bed and en-suite bathroom and there is further single bedroom with separate shower room. Vaulted sitting/dining room opening into a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The Stables is situated at the foot of the Cotswold hills with views across the surrounding fields and has its own gated driveway and screened private garden with garden furniture.

The cottages are available all year round (short breaks by arrangement). There are separate laundry facilities on site (with washing machine and tumble dryer), tennis court, under-cover bicycle storage, baby-sitting and plenty of parking. All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen included.

The Cotswold Way National Trail and the Wychavon Way cross the grounds and there are many lovely walks in the area providing a perfect location for walkers. An ideal location for relaxing, unwinding and touring The Cotswolds and surrounding area

The surrounding grounds, including ponds, woodland, orchard and stream are a haven for a wide variety of wildlife.
