Head Chef Guy Day gives his interpretation on great British classics with his “Best of British Hints and Tips” sessions on Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd August.

Designed to give home cooks practical advice and inspiring recipe ideas these sessions take the form of a demonstration, Q&A and Guy offers samples of the dishes he cooks. Each session is followed by lunch or dinner in the Granary Grill.

Guy Day’s Best of British Hints and Tips costs £22.00 per person for the evening session on Wednesday 1st August and includes dinner and a glass of wine in the Granary Grill. The lunch session on Thursday August 2nd costs £18.00 per person and includes a two course lunch in the Granary Grill. Places must be pre-booked.
