The Hayloft is a luxury two- bedroomed (accommodating up to three adults and a child) conversion of the upper floor of a newly reconstructed Cart House adjoining Mayhouse farmhouse.

It has been rebuilt using the original materials, including wonderful oak beams, in exactly the same proportions and style as the original, but incorporating a large picture window and of course, the most up-to-date facilities.

Featuring panoramic views over farmland in rural Worcestershire, The Hayloft is really 'in the country', but close to both Droitwich and Worcester and only a few miles from junctions 5 and 6 of the M5 motorway.

Accommodation
The front door is approached by an 'easy rise' external staircase with secure hand rails and good outside lighting.

The front door opens into a spacious hallway which leads through to a large Open-Plan Living Area with comfortable sofa and chairs, TV with DVD / CD and dining table with 4 chairs. One corner of this room incorporates a modern, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and electric oven and microwave, with efficient extractor hood and lighting.

Bedrooms
The Main Bedroom has a fully-tiled ensuite shower room, with a really luxurious large shower! Double King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dimmable bedside lights!

The Second Bedroom has a full size single bed with bedside light, wardrobe and storage. There is also space for a child's cot.

Both bedrooms have deep comfortable mattresses and crisp white bedlinen.

Towels and dressing gowns are provided, as is a hairdryer.

The apartment also features a separate full-size Family Bathroom with shower over the bath.

Outside
In a private area behind the Hayloft there is a fenced garden with barbecue area reserved for visitors.

To the Front of the building there is a wide gravelled drive with space for parking several vehicles.

Access to the property is via a private tarmac drive off a minor road.
