Established in 1985, Heliair is one of the most experienced helicopter operating companies in the UK also being the largest Robinson distributor. We have three bases in the UK at Wycombe, Denham and Wellesbourne where we provide anything from sales and maintenance through to training for PPL (H) and CPL (H). We offer trial lessons for that breathtaking experience providing fabulous gifts. Our charters to events such as Silverstone, Ascot and Goodwood to name a few prove very popular. We also provide charters for Weddings, Proms and that special flight landing at local hotels and restaurants for lunch/dinner. We welcome visitors to come and have a look at our facilities and provide a professional and friendly service.

Although Heli Air is renowned for buying, selling and maintaining helicopters we are one of the best schools in the UK for our teaching skills and pass rates. We train potential helicopter pilots in our R22 and R44 helicopters to their PPL(H) standard and then onto CPL(H). For the PPL(H) license it takes approximately 45 hours which can be done in as little as 6-8 weeks intense training, however, most of our students choose to take their time with learning to fly a helicopter and thus over the months become part of the Heli Air 'family'. Anyone who has learned to fly with us stays in close touch and those being fortunate enough to own a helicopter often fly in for their maintenance and a catch up over a coffee. Owning a helicopter is not as expensive as it sounds especially when buying through the helishare scheme whereby three or more people buy the helicopter then loan it to the school for us to use therefore helping greatly with the financing of it. What better way to travel to avoid the traffic congestion and arrive in style and completely relaxed. We offer charters for weddings, prom nights, Silverstone, Goodwood and many others to suit the individual and often fly couples out to their favourite restaurant. Heli Air doesn't stop there, we have recently won a contract with Scottish Gas Networks to provide pipeline surveying in the UK. Heli Air supports charities throughout the UK and local schools with their fund raising.

Directions

By Road

From the M40 take the exit marked Barford/Wellesbourne. Follow road by-passing Barford then take turning on left hand side towards Charlecote (approximately 3 miles). Drive through the village of Charlecote until the crossroads. Go straight across into Loxley Lane. Pass the fixed wing schools on left hand side and keep on road for approximately half a mile. Heli Air is on left hand side.
