Tudor Villa is situated in a small development on the south of Warwick, 10 mins from J14/13 M40 close to Shires Retail Park, Sainsbury's and local pubs and restaurants etc. The area was originally part of the land owned by Henry VIII charity, hence the names.
The house was designed with 'Tudor' style timbers but a spacious living room leading through to the dining area. The kitchen has newly fitted units, with dishwasher, electric oven & gas hob, and fridge/freezer. The open staircase leads to a large bedroom (front) with king size bed, double bedroom and the third bedroom with single bed with 'pullout' trundle family bathroom with 'power' shower over bath. Also an enclosed rear lawned garden.
