The best daily sightseeing cruise in Stratford upon Avon on the only heated boat with full bar, cream tea, coffee & cake and Mulled Wine & Mince pies in the winter months and all with a live commentary. From 45 minute walk-on cruises to private charters, we provide the ultimate river experience complete with expert guides & delicious food. And cruise all year round.

Bancroft Cruisers offers 45 minute sightseeing cruises along the River Avon on our luxury cruiser & traditional passenger boat, with a crew member on board to share their knowledge of Stratford & point out places of interest along the way, such as Clopton Bridge, the riverside Gardens, the hand operated chain ferry, Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Holy Trinity Church. Not to mention the considerable wildlife along the banks of the River Avon. Both boats are licensed for the sale of alcohol and we also offer buffet and bar cruises for corporate events, weddings, private parties as well as cream teas and jazz barbecues.

Schools & coach are always welcomed parties with a drop off point close to our landing stage at the rear of the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Our landing stage is located in the town centre at the rear of the Holiday Inn Hotel just off the one way system as you enter Stratford-upon-Avon from B4439 from Junction 15 of the M40. Or alternatively over Clopton Bridge from A3400. 200 metres from the Tourist Information Centre and the main car parks.
