The Mill House is an 18th century, grade II listed, converted water mill (no machinery) beside the River Roden. Guests are assured a warm welcome at the Mill House. Children of all ages are very welcome. There is a large timbered sitting room on the ground floor with colour TV. For guests we have 3 ensuite rooms, 2 double/twin rooms and a family room with a king-size double and two single beds. A cot is available on request.

WIFI available for guests.

At The Mill House we run a small holding with goats, a donkey, hens and ducks. There is a large riverside garden in which guests are welcome to wander, children should always be supervised by the river. Fishing is available to guests in the River Roden.

The Mill House is ideally situated in central Shropshire. We are 7 miles from the M54 junc. 6 and 6 miles to the west is the historic county town of Shrewsbury. 9 miles from Telford Town Centre and the International Centre.  10 miles to the south east is the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge with the Victorian village at Blists Hill and 9 other museums. There are a large number of pubs and restaurants within easy reach, to suit every pocket and taste. 15 miles to the north is Hawkstone Park, Follies and Golf.
