Combining science and entertainment in spectacular fashion there's something at Thinktank for everyone, including Birmingham's very own digital planetarium. Using state-of-the-art digital technology to present breathtaking images onto a 360° domed ceiling, the planetarium at Thinktank places the audience right in the centre of the action - a totally immersive science experience.

With a vibrant daily programme of entertaining shows, astronomy classes, activities and lectures, we will take you on an inspiring exploration of the night sky, our galaxy and beyond.

By Road

Nearest major road is M6. Millennium Point is located three miles from Jct 6 off the M6, 9 miles from Junction 3 off the M5 and 11 miles from Junction 6 of the M42, and is sign-posted from these junctions.

By Public Transport

Nearest station is Birmingham Moor Street. Take Carrs Lane at the left of Marks and Spencer and cross to Moor Street Station at the pedestrian crossing. Turn left along Moor Street Queensway and then right at Island House. Follow the walkway down, bearing left at the bottom.
