POSTHORN COTTAGE, one of two adjoining properties occupying a secluded position in the heart of town, offers an ideal base for exploring Ludlow and the surrounding area.
It is conveniently placed for all Ludlow's attractions with shops, restaurant and cafes and places of interest such as the Castle, Market Square and historic St Laurence's Church within a few minutes walk from the door. Bus routes and train station are also within easy walking distance.

The cottage, which was renovated from a 17th century, Grade 11 listed building, provides comfortable accommodation on three floors.
On the GROUND FLOOR, a small entrance hall opens onto an oak-beamed staircase, with a dining/sitting room leading off to the right. This attractive room, which features a wood floor and open fireplace, overlooks the private patio area.
A well appointed kitchen leads off the dining room. It is fully equipped and appliances include a full size electric cooker with extractor fan, washing machine and microwave.
Leading off the FIRST FLOOR landing are two bedrooms ( one double and one twin) and a bathroom which is fitted with both bath and shower.
On the SECOND FLOOR, a small landing leads to a light, airy sitting room which overlooks the roof tops towards Clee Hill.
OUTSIDE the private patio area is situated at the back of the property and is furnished with table and chairs.Smoking is permitted here.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
As we accommodate both short and long stays, we are flexible about arrival and departure days. We request a £50 deposit on booking which is refundable on cancellation, if we are able to re-book the cottage.
Payment can be made by cheque or BACS OR IBAN transfer.

From A5/A49 (S) junction Shrewsbury. Take A49 south towards Leominster. Exit at Ludlow. Continue up Corve Street. At traffic lights turn right into High St. Take first left into Broad St.
By Public Transport
From Ludlow - 0.5 miles
Turn right from station, walk down station drive to junction with Corve Street. Turn left to walk up Cone Street to junction with King Street. Turn right into King Street, then left into Broad Street.
