In addition to our wide choice of rooms, we offer a fully flexible range of facilities, all available for external hire. The University regularly welcomes organisations from all sectors of the business, charity, academic and Local Authority communities as well as special interest groups such as choirs, youth groups, sporting organisations, ramblers, families and individuals.

The leafy, green campus provides easy access for all, with well signposted buildings and facilities. The campus is small enough to find your way around and large enough to provide everything you need.

With close proximity to the M5 motorway and excellent transport links, the University of Worcester is within easy reach from all areas of the UK. Birmingham International Airport is less than an hour away, and transfers can be arranged if required, by our campus mini buses.

Whether you are looking for a venue for a meeting for 15 or a conference for 200 there are rooms to suit, with the majority of the rooms on the campus having fully built in presentation equipment.

The University offers over 1,000 single study bedrooms and some doubles, with over half of the bedrooms having ensuite facilities, either on the St John's Campus, the City Campus or in the City Centre.

Accomodation is available during the summer vacation period for both group individual and family bookings.
