The cottages are thoroughly checked every year by the English Tourist Board and have been awarded the Four Stars. They are personally supervised by the owners who live in the farmhouse adjacent to the cottages. Each living area has comfortable sofas and a selection of paperback books, board games and puzzles.

There are colour televisions and dvd players. Kitchens have electric cookers, microwaves, fridge, freezers, dishwasher and a comprehensive range of cooking and serving utensils. Also provided are cleaning materials including washing up liquid and tea towels.

Bedrooms are charmingly furnished and all beds are made up ready with towels for your arrival. Cots and High Chairs are available on request. There is a laundry room with token operated washing machine and tumble dryer and payphone. (Chestnuts cottage has its own washing machine and tumble dryer).

To encourage out of season holidays we provide full oil fired central heating. Electricity is extra by meter reading on arrival and departure.
