An ideal opportunity for aspiring young potters to work with professional, ceramic artists.

Experience ‘hands on’ real clay with an exciting variety of making techniques.

A different theme every time includes either a go on the potter’s wheel or work with coloured slips.

The 1 ½ hr sessions take place throughout the day and are designed to suit either 4-8yrs and 9-12yrs.

Small friendly groups ensure maximum attention from our experienced team of potters, always on hand to guide and offer advice.

Big emphasis on having fun and learning via enjoyment. Fantastic results every time. Your child’s clay masterpiece will need to dry thoroughly before it can be fired. Collection times will be issued on the day of the workshop.

Duration: 1.5 hr sessions start at 11.30am & 2.00pm

Westons Cider - Cider Mill Tours

Westons Cider is situated deep in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside on the A449 between Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye. At 11.00am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm daily, you can join a guided tour around the mill and savour the aromas of traditional cidermaking. Hear how cider is produced from the planting of the orchards to the moment it is poured. Stroll through the Henry Weston Garden and into the Bottle Museum Tea Rooms to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. With Shire Horse Dray Rides (please ring for availability, Farm Park (open from Easter to end of September), a Children's Playground and The Scrumpy House Restaurant there is something for everyone.
