Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm is celebrating Mother's Day by holding special Meet the Mini-Beast handling sessions in the Discovery Zone at 12pm on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th March. Mums will be able to get up close to amazing creatures such as Madagascan hissing cockroaches, giant millipedes, African land snails and a variety of stick insects! No need to book just turn up on the day, normal admission prices apply, please see our admissions page for more information.
Located on the south bank of the River Avon opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, easily accessible from the town centre, just five minutes walk away. Car parking is available outside the site entrance. Onsite parking for disabled only.

The Bear Pit Theatre
Rother Street is home to the The Bear Pit Theatre @ the United Reformed Church. It is Stratford-upon-Avon’s first ‘little theatre’ with an accessible one hundred seat auditorium and bar facilities; producing and hosting productions and events throughout the year. The Bear Pit is a voluntary organisation founded in 2008 with the purpose of bringing together the Visual and Performing Arts groups based in the town.
