The TV sensation CSI, which has wowed the world is coming to Birmingham next month in its very latest format – CSI: The Experience, a hands-on, hi-tech and completely immersive interactive entertainment experience that makes YOU the crime-cracker.
The spectacular spin-off from the mega-hit TV series makes its UK debut on Friday 26 February, exclusively to Bullring, Birmingham.
“CSI: Birmingham” is the latest, cutting-edge attraction for Britain’s busiest shopping centre Bullring – and another first for Birmingham.
CSI: The Experience is exciting, entertaining and educational. Inspired by the global TV hit series, the experience immerses visitors in hands-on science while leading them through the adrenaline challenge of forensically solving a crime mystery.
The hands-on attraction brings to real life fundamental scientific principles, numerous scientific disciplines and the most advanced technology and techniques used today by crime scene investigators and forensic scientists.
CSI: The Experience takes visitors on an exhilarating journey through dark alleys and hot deserts, in an attempt to catch the criminals by gathering the evidence from the scene of the crime and testing the evidence in the lab using the latest forensic technology.
Now with CSI: The Experience, at Bullring, TV fans and techno sleuths can join Gil Grissom’s ace team as they work alongside Catherine Willows and Greg Sanders in cracking the crimes that fox the brightest brains.
Nowhere in Britain is there anything as pioneering and compulsive as this opportunity for the public to experience the brain-power thrill of the TV criminologists.
“We are honoured and delighted to be the first place in Britain to offer such an exciting and interactive attraction”, said Tim Walley, General Manager of Bullring.
“The centre has an outstanding reputation as a destination shopping centre and houses some of the world’s most reputable brands, now we can offer our visitors another division to their shopping experience with the entertainment that CSI: The Experience will bring.”
Christoph Rahofer, CEO and President of EMS Exhibits says ‘“Since the opening of CSI: The Experience, tens of thousands of visitors and media from all over the world have come to this stunning and extraordinary exhibit. We are very proud to continue our European Tour in Birmingham.”
CSI: The Experience is developed by the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and produced by EMS Exhibits, a division of Event Marketing Service GmbH under a license from CBS Consumer Products.
The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History has earned the Themed Entertainment Association’s Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement for CSI: The Experience. The Thea Awards, considered the experience industry’s highest honour, recognize excellence in the creation of outstanding guest experiences.
CSI: The Experience opens at Bullring Birmingham on Friday February 26th on the Middle Mall West. Price: Adults £9.75, Children [ages 5-17] £7.00, Children under 5 Free.
