The course was originally known as “Blackhills” but since 1986 it has been Swindon Golf Club. Located only 8 miles outside Wolverhampton City Centre (on the Bridgnorth Road (B4176) it holds a constant surprise to visitors to find such an idyllic setting and provides continuous pleasure to its members.

Warley Woods Golf Club

The Golf Course is situated in a beautifully designed landscape, making it an inspiring place to play. At 2646 yards and par 34, it is one of the shorter 9-hole courses in the area. However, its hills, sloping greens and tight fairways more than make up for its lack of length.

Wergs Golf Club

The golf course opened in 1990, followed by the club house in March 1991. The facilities include an 18 hole, well drained, gently undulating, parkland golf course, with a mix of evergreen and deciduous trees and several small streams and ditches.

Wolverhampton Racecourse was the first floodlit horse racecourse in Britain and hosts race meetings all year round. There is a choice of entrance only tickets, group, restaurant, and executive box packages depending on your requirements. Accompanied children under 18 are admitted free of charge. There are afternoon and evening race meetings throughout the year, with the majority of fixtures falling between September and March each year.
