Also, you don’t need to have a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. Each VisitaVoucher we send out is uniquely numbered and notified to the attraction at the time of issue.

I haven’t received my VisitaVoucher!

We post a VisitaVoucher out as soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the transaction is complete, unless the offer is for physical tickets in which case these are normally posted within one or two working days if you have still not recieved your ticket/voucher seven day after placing your order please let us know .

Anyhow - not to worry! If you haven’t received your VisitaVoucher please contact us (tourism@visitheartofengland.co.uk or tel 01905-887690) and we will resend it.

Directions by road:

Get off at junction 15 on the M40 northbound. Take the exit signposted the A46 for Warwick. Follow the A46 until you get to Kenilworth, then follow signs for town centre, where the castle is well signposted

Directions by public transport:

Train access: Coventry and Leamington Spa (5 miles) and Warwick (7 miles) Bus access: From Coventry, Leamington Spa and Warwick - Stagecoach X17 and 16; Travel West Midlands 12; Johnsons 539 and 543; weekends only - Stagecoach U2 and U17. Alight at the top of Abbey Fields Park or at the Clock Tower - the castle is a 10-15 minute walk from here.
