Also, you don’t need to a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. Each VisitaVoucher we send out is uniquely numbered and notified to the attraction at the time of issue.
I haven’t received my VisitaVoucher!
We e-mail a VisitaVoucher out as soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the transaction is complete, unless the offer is for physical tickets in which case these are normally posted within one or two working days if you have still not recieved your ticket/voucher seven day after placing your order please let us know .
However, due to rising Internet security standards, vouchers are sometimes marked as spam. In this case, your voucher could have been redirected to your Junk Mail folder or your mail provider may have rejected it altogether. To avoid this, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Safe Senders list in your contacts.
Anyhow - not to worry! If you haven’t received your VisitaVoucher please contact us (email@example.com or tel 01905-887690) with the e-mail address you would have asked the voucher to be sent to and we will resend it.
Can I return a VisitaVoucher?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after 14 days from the purchase date. Do I need to make use of my VisitaVoucher the same day I buy it?
Quite the contrary, however, your VisitaVoucher will have an expiry date by when it must be used.

Once you have been charged, you receive an e-mail which is your VisitaVoucher print this out and take it along to the attraction where you can redeem it.
