The Black Country Living Museum is a world class open air museum brought to life by costumed characters in an array of original shops, houses and workshops in the museum’s canalside village. Enjoy a lesson in our traditional schoolroom, a ride on a tramcar or explore the underground coalmine and afterwards sample our traditional fish and chips and wash it down with a drink in the Bottle and Glass Inn. On our 26 acre site, the past truly comes to life!
