Also, you don’t need to have a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. Each VisitaVoucher we send out is uniquely numbered and notified to the attraction at the time of issue.

I haven’t received my VisitaVoucher!

We post a VisitaVoucher out as soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the transaction is complete, unless the offer is for physical tickets in which case these are normally posted within one or two working days if you have still not recieved your ticket/voucher seven day after placing your order please let us know .

Once you have been charged, you will receive your VisitaVoucher in the post take it along to the attraction where you can redeem it.
