I bought a VisitaVoucher - how long will I have to wait?

If we recieve your order before 3pm Monday to Friday we will get your voucher in the post to you that day first class, we would suggest that you allow two or three postal/working days between ordering and intending to use your voucher.

Is www.visitheartofengland.co.uk safe?

Extremely. We use PayPal (one of the world’s largest online payment services) to process your payment, since they are specialists in this. (At no time do we handle your payment information.) Also, you don’t need to have a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. Each VisitaVoucher we send out is uniquely numbered and notified to the attraction at the time of issue.

I haven’t received my VisitaVoucher!

We post a VisitaVoucher out as soon as we receive notification from PayPal that the transaction is complete, unless the offer is for physical tickets in which case these are normally posted within one or two working days if you have still not recieved your ticket/voucher seven day after placing your order please let us know .

Anyhow - not to worry! If you haven’t received your VisitaVoucher please contact us (tourism@visitheartofengland.co.uk or tel 01905-887690) and we will resend it.

I bought a VisitaVoucher - how do I use it?

Once you have been charged, you will receive your VisitaVoucher in the post take it along to the attraction where you can redeem it.

Can I combine my VisitaVoucher with other offers or specials?

No, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the ticket/voucher.
